$110 or best offer this is a graded SGC Topps 1982 #21 Cal Ripken's rookie card that is graded nearmint 7 which I feel is an unfair grade on this card. It is only a bit off center at the top but the card is totally sharp. I mean pristine! This should be an 8.5 or a 9! At the very lowest should be an 8!!!!! In the early 1980's this is the Topps card too own and graded is a gem at that! At an 8.5 this card sells for $400 too $1000! Depending on the market you are in so with the grade showing and what it should be and will grade if re graded. So I'm pricing this on the the high end of a graded 7! $110 or best offer send me an offer and we can work a deal
