This gorgeous Chelsea28 Dress is a stunning rust red/orange long sleeve MIDI/long flowy dress perfect for fall and holiday occasions. Dress is actually more of an orange rust than the red color pictured in photos. This A-line dress features a high neck, ruffle accents, and smocked detailing for added charm. Tags still attached. Please note there are a couple of flaws. There are some lighter spots/staining at the bottom of dress on both sides near hemline. Also top button has come loose a little bit and could stand to be sewn back on. I have included pictures of the bottom. I am not certain if this will come out with laundering or whether its permanent however I think dress is still gorgeous and wearable and would be perfect for the upcoming fall/Thanksgiving season.
