This is a replica of the Tory Burch Painted Roses dress worn by Princess Kate that was a sell out. I ordered this from Asia and wore it once for 4th of July. Very soft fabric, vibrant colors, has a lot of stretch. Does not have a tag, I am 5’7” and was about a size 6 on top and 8 on the bottom.
