I've only worn this maybe twice so it looks new. This is a uS size 2 but H&M sizes run small so this would be fit an XS . Great for fall or mild winter weather. Approximate measurements : shoulder seam to seam 14" , sleeve seam to arm opening 23.5" , length from collar to bottom 35" and waist is about 14" when buttoned.
