This listing is for a white satin/frosted glass large candy dish/apothecary jar with a lid shaped like a circus tent. It was made by Norleans Glass in Italy sometime in the 1960's. The foil label is no longer attached. It is quite unique with a hand-painted floral design. It has a lovely round shape with a pretty frosted glass pedestal.
This jar/dish stands approx. 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Room for plenty of goodies & certainly pretty enough to display by itself! The hand-painted floral design is done in orange, blue, yellow, brown & green.
The rim of the base was trimmed in gold, most of which has worn off. The dish/jar is in excellent vintage condition.
