Everything in the first photo is included. Comes with the original box.
As this is an early edition, there are paint chips, stains, scratches, discoloration, and signs of aging.
There are traces of erased graffiti on the red roof.
The rabbit figure is missing its tail.
There is also graffiti on the bottom of the house box (see photos).
