The book has definitely been loved. The back cover is not present, and the front cover has lots of wear and is extremely fragile. The pages are beautiful and still have remnrnts of the gold leaf that adorned their edges. The spine is mostly intact, and the title is still visible in gold detail. The text itself has nice fonts and details with soft pages. It has an inscription dated 1909 in the first few pages. Please see photos for additional measurements and condition details.
As an antique item, it has obvious signs of age and patina.
