vintage 1980's incite black & ivory long ruffled sleeve dress

Elegant 1980's dress by incite. Made in USA. 80% acetate, 20% nylon. Dry clean. The top is ivory. Long full sleeves with elastic ruffled cuffs. High waist. Back zip. Shoulder pads. Large gold with faux pearl button detail. The skirt has a back vent. Size 14. It measures 48" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 21" across under the arms, 18" at the waist, 23" at the hips. It's in very nice clean condition. I few minor issue are there is a tear at the seam just under the left arm. It should be an easy fix. The inside facing at the back of the neck just over the label is stained a bit with what looks like make up. I ship same or next business day.
